Conditions of Sale
When purchasing a product from Toursareus Ltd it is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions as set out below.
To purchase/book your package, event tickets or VIP passes contact us in the following way.

(All Bank Charges are to be paid by the Customer this normally applies to overseas transactions)

Race Tickets & Passes: MotoGP / World Superbike Race Tickets/Passes have NO REFUNDS once your order is paid for.
(1) Price promise
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover any error subsequent to the time of booking in the prices of the ticket/package or tour you have booked, or if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, and this is greater than the price you have paid, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of amending your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
(2) Making a Purchase Online
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
(3) Data / Credit / Debit card protection
Toursareus Ltd complies with regulations as set by data protection act and is also PCI DSS Compliant for selling service over the internet. We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payments secure, however unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the information provided by you. We cannot see any of your Credit/Debit card details at any time. Toursareus Ltd Payment’s system meets all current banking security standards including PCI DSS, which is now a requirement for all UK businesses to accept credit card and debit card payments, we also meet the requirements for a Comprehensive anti-fraud options include 3rd Man fraud screening, 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code), AVS for verifying a customer billing address, and CVV2 (the 3 digit card verification number) giving the highest level of protection. WE DONOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR PAYPAL PAYMENTS OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND
(4) Making Payment
Toursareus Ltd accept credit/debit card or bank transfer as method of payment, charges will apply and will be added to your amount paid. You will be charged in the currency (UKP £ pounds sterling) as indicated in the Checkout phase which, if not the currency of your bank account, and will be converted by your bank into your local currency when processed and you may incur additional charges. We are not responsible for any additional charges your bank may apply at any stage and failure to make full payment of amount shown at end of transaction to Toursareus Ltd due to these charges being applied may result in the cancellation of your order, if we refund the funds you have transferred we reserve the right to make a nominal administration fee of £50 UKP Sterling, this will be taken for the amount you have already paid or charged to your credit/debit card.
(5) Payments: Toursareus Ltd accept credit/debit card set at the rate of 3.9%, bank transfer or cheques as method of payment card charges will apply and will be added to sales order. You will be charged in the currency (UKP £ pounds sterling) as indicated on your order. (WE DONOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR PAYPAL PAYMENTS OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND)
(6) Failed Payments: Failure to receive successful payment at any stage may result in cancellation of your order.
(7) Ticket Orders: Once you have completed the order of your event ticket(s) you have purchased from Toursareus this will be a full and final and no cancellation or refund can be made, No race tickets will be ordered until your funds have cleared. MotoGP / World Superbike Race Tickets and MotoGP VIP Village Passes are allocated individually and cannot be resold (Circuit Terms Apply). Allocations of the seating in grandstands / tribunes cannot be guaranteed as this is controlled by the race event organisers, we may not be able to seat you in a specific area but will endeavour to do so. If tickets you have ordered cannot be supplied we reserve the right to supply an alternative of similar value, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we know and we reserve the right to make any monetary adjustment due in either way, we will send you confirmation of this transaction in preference to making a new purchase as this may result in you not obtaining any event race ticket at a later stage. Unused / Lost or Mislaid Race Tickets have no refund. Failure at any stage to take successful payment may result in the cancellation of your order in full.
(8) Delivery for Race Tickets: Normally delivery will be with you 7 to 14 days before the event race date.
(9) Postage for Race Tickets: All Race Tickets & VIP Passes are sent by DHL / UPS Signed For Delivery.
(10) Deposit are required per person NONE REFUNDABLE
£125 for MotoGP Reservations (Per Person) (Plus Race Ticket/s or Pass)
£125 to £200 for Motorcycle Tours to the MotoGP's (Per Person)
£100 for European and Moroccan Motorcycle Tours (Rider Only)
£100 for pillions on Motorcycle Tours (USA Only)
£350 for USA Motorcycle Tours (Rider Only)
Rider £150, Pillion £100 The Great Escape Tour of Europe
If the Motorcycle Tour involves a MotoGP race event, payments for event race ticket/s/passes must be paid in full at the time of booking.
(11) Balance of Payments: Must be paid in FULL at least 8 weeks prior to the first day of arrival at your hotel at your chosen event and will be charged automatically to your credit / debit card as furnished at time of your booking unless other form of payment is advised or given before this date. Failure to receive successful payment for any balance of payment may result in cancellation of your hotel / ticket/s/ passes / motorcycle tour and you may forfeit all monies already received by Toursareus.
(12) Cancellation: In the event of you having to cancel your Motorcycle Tour / Holiday this includes MotoGP events and race tickets / passes the following will apply.
Full loss of deposit
Race Tickets MotoGP & World Superbikes NO REFUND
90 days prior to departure, 50% cancellation charge
60 days prior to departure, 75% cancellation charge
45 days prior to departure, 100% cancellation charge
A no-show always incurs 100% cancellation charge
There are no refunds if you return a motorcycle before the end of the hire period
MotoGP or World Superbike or MotoGP VIP Village Race / Passes / Tickets Have NO Refund (Circuit Terms Apply)
In the event that Toursareus cancels you will be given an option to move to another event or a full refund of all money paid. (Ferry Travel booking applies, see section "17" Ferry Bookings)
(13) Currency Fluctuations: In some circumstances beyond our control such as currency fluctuation which dictates an increase in the cost of your purchase with Toursareus of the published price, this will be added to your final invoice and you are liable for the increase. Failing to pay will result in the cancellation of your booking and no refund will be given at any time.
(14) Travel / Medical / Breakdown Insurance: You the customer agrees to have suitable personal / medical / cancellation / travel and/or breakdown insurance in effect for the duration of your trip, which covers repatriation for you and your motorcycle you have submitted on your confirmation booking form. If you cancel before your event or motorcycle tour date you are liable for your own claim against your own insurance, also in the event of illness and/or accident or death. We suggest that you check that your insurance covers for abandonment / cancellation / curtailment. Toursareus is NOT Liable for any recovery or repatriation or will deal with your insurance company.
(15) Non Disclosure: of convictions or medical conditions may render the contract invalid between you the customer and Toursareus Ltd the Company or its Directors, and may result in the termination of your trip with Toursareus Ltd with the loss of any monies paid, nor will any claim for consequential losses be accepted by Toursareus Ltd due to such non-disclosure becoming apparent.
(16) Travel Details
(16a) Your Travel arrangements: Toursareus Ltd will NOT supply any flights, or any other form of transport to the hotel or any other place where the event is taking place unless stated otherwise and agreed upon by yourself and Toursareus and will be shown on you final statement/invoice otherwise it is the responsibility of the customer to make their own arrangements to get to our venue or the event
(16b) Passports/ Visas/Visa Waivers (USA): It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all members of their party are in possession of either a valid Passport or suitable travel document appropriate to country/countries being visited or transited during your trip with Toursareus Ltd. If visas are required by you or other in your party for the country/countries you are visiting you are reasonably expected to obtain the correct documentation before travelling. (Toursareus will help you in the preparation of these documents where possible and practicable)
(16c) Full disclosure: You must disclose any criminal convictions which may affect your entry to or from any country through which the tour may take you, non disclosure or false information may result in the termination or cancellation of your trip with Toursareus Ltd without a refund at anytime.
(17) Ferry Bookings
Brittany Ferries / PO Ferries when booking your ferry travel with Toursareus you must abide by the Terms & Conditions as set out by the ferry companies. Once you book through Toursareus there will be NO REFUNDS for fares paid, Toursareus are not responsable for any travel disruptions or cancallations. this falls unders section 23a force majeure.
(18) Motorcycle Tours / Motorcycle Hire / Your Own Motorcycle Documentation
(18a) Motorcycle Tours Driving License requirements: All riders must be in possession of a full and valid license for the class of machine they are using for the country they are visiting
(18b) Riding your own Motorcycle: We only accept motorcycles that are road legal, with registration plates, insured and in good condition with a current MOT, if appropriate. Each participant is responsible for their motorcycle, for the care and use of it and for the conformity of it with the laws in force. In the case of Mechanical Breakdown whilst riding your own Motorcycle you are responsible for recovery/repatriation and or repair of the motorcycle and for you and or your pillion
(18c) Motorcycle Insurance: Each participant must be in possession of valid insurance for their vehicle, for themselves (and their pillion), including a valid repatriation insurance for the vehicle and for themselves (and their pillion), where applicable. Any incident or accident that involves a participant (or their pillion) will not be accepted as the responsibility of Toursareus Ltd unless directly involved in the incident
(18d) Motorcycle Hire: The renter must agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out by the Motorcycle Hire Company where applicable including covering damage deposit/insurance excess including the cover for loss damage or replacement of keys
(18e) Leaving the motorcycle tour: If for any reason the participant (you the customer) chooses to leave or excludes themselves from a tour before the end of said tour he or she will not receive any refund or compensation in anyway shape or form i.e. money or credit towards another event we host or hold
(18f) There are no refunds if you return a motorcycle before the end of the hire period
(19) Conduct
(19a) Irrevocable disruption: If a participant causes disruption by words or deed to a tour or other participant on that tour they may be asked to leave immediately without redress and will result in the termination of your trip with Toursareus Ltd and the loss of all monies paid to them nor will any claim for Consequential Loss be accepted by Toursareus Ltd for other costs incurred in completion of the trip by the participant under this circumstance. No refund or compensation will be given in anyway shape or form i.e. money - credit or towards another event or tour.
(20) Insurances
(20a) Vehicle Insurance: We do not provide insurance cover in any circumstance for any vehicle you own or 3rd party liability insurance in connection with your use of that vehicle
(20b) Tours / events in the USA and Morocco: You must supply your own personal travel/medical insurance which covers repatriation for you, your pillion (where applicable) in the event of illness and/or accident or death (We suggest that you check that your insurance also covers you for abandonment/cancellation/curtailment)
(20c) Tours / events within the EU: When in the EU each person should carry their own E111 (form available free from Post Offices or can be done online) which gives you basic medical cover free within the EC but in the event of a serious illness or accident does not cover repatriation costs. Most hospitals outside the UK will not treat you if you don’t have an E111
(20d) Pre-existing Medical Conditions: (including dietary or other allergies): We request that you inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions and any treatment/medication that you may need or carry for this condition so that in the event of an unfortunate reoccurrence or episode we are able to obtain appropriate medical assistance for you as soon as possible. Any such information will be treated with the utmost sensitivity. Non-disclosure may result in termination of our contract/trip with us you without redress or compensation or refund being paid
(20e) Liability Insurance: We carry customer and public liability insurance covering up to 2,000,000 (million) pounds UK Sterling
(21) Our Responsibility
(21a) We Are Responsible: For Any part of the program booked by us, where it is within our control, to ensure that it meets the standards as described in the brochure or publicity we use
(21b) We Are Not Responsible: for some amenities being out of order due to service requirements, weather conditions or lack of demand due to low client numbers in the hotel or other amenity that you may have cause to require the use of, your death or that of any other that are with us at any hotel or event, or personal injury or illness caused by activities in which a participant engages which is outside of the event/hotel provided by Toursareus Ltd.
(22) Delays/Curtailment
(22a) Delays: We are not responsible for any terrorist acts or acts of god that may interrupt your stay or booking with us in anyway shape or form, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays to your journey to join us. In the case of delays you are responsible for providing your own meals, accommodation and other travel arrangements where we do not directly provide you with travel to our event/venue, plus you must pay any additional cost therefore incurred.
(23) Spot 2 Personal Tracker Subscription and Competition
Subscription:- Just like all tracking systems, in order to use this system to the fullest you will have to subscribe with SPOT! The features such as Track progress are all available at a bundle, this is purchased from us the supplier or directly from the Find Me Spot Web Site at http://www.findmespot.eu/en
A Credit/Debit Card is required for you to make a subscription to the Spot 2 Tracker Service
Spot 2 Competition:- All details captured for the Spot 2 web form are to be used for the Toursareus Ltd marketing I.E. Email Shoots
Age Limits: All competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over unless any other age restriction is specified or implied

By entering the competition, entrants (or particular entrant) together with any other member of the public involved (all such persons being referred to as 'entrant') hereby agree to be bound by these rules as amended from time to time, and by any competition instructions.
It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any updates of these rules, and they acknowledge that any failure to comply with these rules could lead to their disqualification without reasons being given or opportunity for challenge.
All entries must be made and submitted on the official email form, or the official page on the website. This must be clearly marked and entered with the entrant's name, address, email address and telephone number as requested and answer the question as stated in the web form. Any illegible, mutilated, altered, corrupted or multiple entry may be disqualified.
(24) Complaints Procedure
(24a) To Resolve Complaints: where our representative is in attendance at an event you should in the first instance of a complaint contact him/her at the time. If, however, you are not completely satisfied you should write to our customer relations office at Toursareus Ltd, Panda Flat, Tweentown, Cheddar, Somerset, BS27 3JF, this must be carried out within five days of the event date finishing "i.e. 20th of the month" this must be sent to us by recorded post no later than the 25th of the month" (these dates are an example) this will be dealt with within 28 days of our receiving your letter in writing to you.
(25)Debt Recover
(25a) Any debt's or money owed to Toursareus Ltd by you for none payment of goods or services are handed over to our debt recover service to recover any money you owe, you will also be liable for the recovery charges imposed by our agency from the original action date.
(26) Legal Stuff
(26a) Force Majeure: Toursareus Ltd accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or charges or cancellation caused by ''force Majeure'' i.e. circumstances outside our control, e-g. cancellation or delay in the start of the event, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions.
(26b) Protection of Your Money: According to the 1992 Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tours Regulations all holiday organizers have to make provision for the protection of holidaymaker's money in the event of the company’s insolvency. In accordance with these regulations Toursareus Ltd hold all clients’ monies in a trust account we are also in compliance with EEC Regulation (90/314/EEC) all funds are held in a trust account and cannot be withdrawn until after that event has been completed. This is to protect you the customer from any fraud so you know your money is completely safe. Any refunds will be made at this time and not until after the event completion date
(27) English Law: shall apply to any claim made against Toursareus Ltd all proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the English Courts.
