When purchasing a product from Toursareus.co.uk Ltd it is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions as set out below.
Package Bookings made by telephone on 0800 6346528, by post, in person or online will receive a booking confirmation and invoice for the balance which falls due eight weeks before the first day of your arrival. Failure to submit payment may result in the cancellation of your booking. If you have paid by Credit/Debit Card your balance of payment can be taken by the due date automatically. Monthly payments can be arranged if you pay by Credit / Debit Card without any extra fee added.

Ticket bookings MotoGP and World Superbike tickets and passes are sold on a first come first served basis. Tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

The ticket portion of a hotel package is also non-refundable in the case of cancellation.  However we at Toursareus.co.uk Ltd will endeavor to resell your ticket for you charging a fee of £15 per ticket if so requested but with no guarantee of success.

We cannot guarantee to seat you in your requested area but will do our best. If the tickets you have ordered cannot be supplied we reserve the right to supply an alternative of similar value and any adjustment due in either way will be made.

All deposits paid are non refundable due to cancellation by you unless accepted by Toursareus for provisional packages or tickets as agreed at time of booking. By the paying and receiving of said deposits you are entering into a binding contract with Toursareus for the products as stated on your invoice and confirmation.

Balance of payments for tickets held by deposit will be charged when final prices are announced.
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card, bank transfer or cheque. We do not accept payments by cash. Please DO NOT e-mail your credit/debit card details or bank details as many e-mail systems are not secure use our online booking system which is secure.

Final Payments must be made at least 6 weeks before the event date, if booking within the 6 weeks a full payment must be made by the following way, Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer (We do not except cash)

Confirmation Please check all information contained in your confirmation and invoice immediately and carefully. It is your responsibility to notify us of any mistakes made within seven days. Toursareus are not liable for any error howsoever caused after seven days following the date of order.
Transferring a booking to another person to same event

You may transfer your booking to another person to go to the same event up 21 days before 1st day of arrival of your booking without penalty. This must be done in writing with the knowledge and agreement of Toursareus.co.uk Ltd. To validate your transfer we will make security checks to verify the changes. If a transfer takes place after that time there will be a charge of £30 per person per booking to cover administration costs with the addition of any charges imposed by the hotel or the suppliers to us however, both the transferor and transferee will be jointly and severally liable for any outstanding payments.

Transferring a booking to a different event If due to circumstances you have to cancel a package booking, at 8 weeks or more before the original package arrival date, you may transfer it to another event where available. Any monies due for a package of higher value will be charged to you. If transferred to a package of lower value no refund will be paid by Toursareus.co.uk Ltd. At less than 8 weeks notice prior to arrival date no transfer or refund will be made by Toursareus.co.uk Ltd.

Surcharges The price agreed at time of booking will not be subject to surcharges save that resulting from Government action affecting, dues, taxes, and currency fluctuations. In such cases we will absorb an amount equivalent to 2% of the total. If, as a result, there is an increase of more than 2% of the price individual paid you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund or you may transfer to another event package. Any surcharges will be notified with a minimum of six weeks notice to you by Toursareus.co.uk Ltd.

All hotels have been checked by us Toursareus.co.uk Ltd and are 3 star rating in there country of origin or better unless otherwise stated. If we have to change hotels from those specified in our brochure they will be of at least comparable standard.
Breakfast All events come with a standard continental breakfast
Evening Meals Evening meals are NOT supplied unless otherwise stated.

Hotel extras bills Any extra’s charged to your room are the customers responsibility and must be settled before depart.  In the case of these not being settled Toursareus.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to make a charge of £35 in addition to the outstanding bill and will be collected from your credit card automatically as this is deemed to be theft from our company.

Delivery of Tickets and Passes All Tickets and Passes will be sent by secure courier and have to be signed for at delivery address and by the person named on the invoice, with the exception of package inclusive passes which will be issued on first night of hotel arrival. Once signed for they become you the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Insurance The cost of delivery of tickets insurance sent by courier is charged at the following rate within for delivery in the UK.

Any additional cost to insure and deliver packages elsewhere will be charged for. You will be offered to take out the extra insurance to cover the value of your event tickets or passes at the time of booking, if you do not wish to take out the extra insurance you will only be covered for up to £250 on a standard £6 delivery which is mandatory .

In the case of non-arrival by the notified date, we will send you an e-mail once the tickets have been collected by the courier, please notify Toursareus.co.uk Ltd immediately so we can look into the matter as soon as possible. 

The Claims Procedure In the event of your having to make a claim against the courier for loss or damage to a consignment you must  note any damage and should be indicated to the courier then notified immediately to Toursareus.co.uk Ltd on 0845 052 5322 Toursareus.co.uk Ltd will follow up your claim for you. We must know by 5pm of the following working day to be able to process your claim, failure to do so will invalidate your claim
Damaged goods must be kept in a safe place, along with the original packaging, and made available for inspection by the courier service or its appointed assessor

Consequential Loss This insurance cover is not provided by the courier or Toursareus.co.uk
Tickets loss/ Damaged Tickets/Unused tickets or passes Once signed for they become you the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to make any refunds on unused, lost or mislaid tickets.

If you lose your ticket or tickets after delivery to you either by hand or by other method Toursareus co.uk Ltd will not be liable for any such loss or consequential expense thereafter. (Most will not be able to replaced at such a late stage) where possible you can purchase new replacement tickets from us if available.

All tickets must be kept secure and out of direct sunlight as some may fade destroying the security used for these tickets. Any such damaged tickets which cannot be used will be replaced by you the customer’s expense if available, and is not the responsibility of Toursareus.co.uk Ltd.
No compensation will be given in any event

Your Card Details The client's credit card details i.e. number - name - issue number - security number - start and finish date, are necessary at the time of booking and these details will be destroyed once final payment is taken and event is completed. No details of credit/debit or switch cards will be held on file by us in the way of electronic software accounts packages or computer storage / devices after this time.

Protection Of Your Money The 1992 Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tours Regulations require all holiday organizers to make provision for the protection of holidaymaker's money in the event of the company’s insolvency. In accordance with the regulations Toursareus.co.uk Ltd will hold the clients’ hotel money in a trust account. We cannot withdraw any funds until after the event has been completed, this is to protect you the customer from any fraud so you know your money is completely safe.

Your Travel arrangements to the event Toursareus.co.uk Ltd will NOT supply any flights, ferry crossings, trains or any other form of transport to the hotel where the event is taken place, it is the responsibility of the customer to make there own arrangements.

Motorcycle Tours All riders must be in possession of a full and valid licence for the class of machine they are using.
Your Motorcycle We only accept motorcycles that are road legal, with registration plates, insured and in good condition with a current MOT, if appropriate. Each participant is responsible for their motorcycle, for the use of it and for the conformity of it with the laws in force. He or she is responsible for their pillion passenger.

Motorcycle Insurance Each participant must be in possession of valid insurance for their vehicle, for themselves (and their pillion), a valid repatriation insurance for the vehicle for themselves (and their pillion), a civil liability for themselves (and their pillion). Any incident or accident that may happen to a participant or their pillion will not be accepted as the responsibility of Toursareus.co.uk Ltd unless directly involved in the incident.

The mechanical breakdown or order of a machine or any repair or services required will be the responsibility of its owner. If for any reason the participant decides to leave a tour before the end he or she will not receive any refund in anyway shape or form i.e. money - credit or towards another event we host or hold.

If a participant disrupts any event of has cause to disturb other on any participant on one of our events they will be asked to leave and no refund will be given in anyway shape or form i.e. money - credit or towards another event we host or hold.
Repatriation Insurance Your Insurance for your protection We suggest you purchase travel insurance, we cannot give advice on any insurance that you require you must seek an independent advice

We do not cover any vehicle you drive or own, you must supply any personal and medical insurance which covers repatriation in the event of illness and/or accident and suggest that you take out your own. Check that this insurance covers Abandonment/Cancellation. Each person should carry the E111 form available free from Post Offices which gives you basic medical cover free within the EC but in the event of a serious illness or accident does not cover repatriation costs. Most hospitals outside the UK will not treat you if you don’t have an E111.

If We Cancel We reserve the right to cancel if there are not sufficient numbers to make it commercially viable. In which case we will offer you an alternative of a similar value or a full refund of monies paid including deposits

VAT Toursareus.co.uk Ltd are NOT VAT Registered because our consumption is to low at the moment and under the vat threshold.
Our Insurance for your protection

We carry customer liability and public liability insurance covering up to 2,000,000 (million) pounds UK Sterling. We do not cover any hotel or insure them in any way as they hold and have 'to comply with there country's local law and authority.

We Are Responsible For Any part of the program booked by us, where it is within our control, to ensure that it meets the standard and describe in the brochure or publicity we do or print.

We Are Not Responsible For We cannot be responsible for some amenities being out of order due to service requirements, weather conditions or lack of demand due to low client numbers in the hotel, your death or any other that is with us at any hotel or event, personal injury or illness caused by activities in which a participant engages which is outside of our event/hotel provided by Toursareus.co.uk Ltd.

Delays We are not responsible for any terrorist acts or act's of god that will interrupt you stay or booking with us in anyway shape or form, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays to your journey to us. In the case of delays you are responsible for providing your own meals, accommodation and other travel arrangements as we do not provide you with travel to us, plus you must pay any cost that is involved.

Force Majeure Toursareus.co.uk Ltd accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or charges or cancellation caused by ''force Majeure'' i.e. circumstances outside our control, e-g. Cancellation or delay in the start of the event, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions.

Passports and Visa’s AII passengers must be in possession of either a valid Ten Year British Passport (with right of abode in the UK) or EC Passport. If visas are required you are reasonably expected to obtain the correct documentation. If you are traveling on a passport different to the above, then visas, and/or return/re-entry permits may be required for the country of destination or countries being transited and it is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that they are in possession of the correct documents.

ENGLISH LAW English Law shall apply to any claim made against Toursareus.co.uk Ltd Ail proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the English Courts.
To Resolve Complaints Where a representative is included you should in the first instance of a complaint contact him/her at the time. If, however, you are not completely satisfied you should write to our customer relations office at Toursareus.co.uk Ltd The Panda Tweentown Cheddar Somerset BS27 3JF, this must be carried out within five days of the event date finished "i.e. 20th of the month" this must be to us by recorded post no later than the 25th of the month" (these dates are an example) this will be dealt with within 28 days in writing to you.
