When purchasing a product from Toursareus.co.uk Ltd it is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions as set out below.

Price promise
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover any error subsequent to the time of booking in the prices of the ticket/package or tour you have booked, or if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, and this is greater than the price you have paid, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of amending your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Making a Purchase Online
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Data /Credit/Debit card protection
Toursareus.co.uk Ltd complies with regulations as set by data protection act and is also PCI DSS Compliant for selling service over the internet. We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payments secure, however unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the information provided by you. We cannot see any of your Credit/Debit card details at any time. Toursareus.co.uk Ltd Payment’s system meets all current banking security standards including PCI DSS, which is now a requirement for all UK businesses to accept credit card and debit card payments, we also meet the requirements for a Comprehensive anti-fraud options include 3rd Man fraud screening, 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code), AVS for verifying a customer billing address, and CVV2 (the 3 digit card verification number) giving the highest level of protection.
Making Payment
Toursareus.co.uk Ltd accept credit/debit card or bank transfer as method of payment. You will be charged in the currency (UKP £ pounds sterling) as indicated in the Checkout phase which, if not the currency of your bank account, and will be converted by your bank into your local currency when processed and you may incur additional charges. We are not responsible for any additional charges your bank may apply at any stage and failure to make full payment of amount shown at end of transaction to Toursareus.co.uk Ltd due to these charges being applied may result in the cancellation of your order, if we refund the funds you have transferred we reserve the right to make a nominal charge of £25 to £50 UKP Sterling, this will be taken for the amount you have already paid.
Failed Payments
Failure to receive successful payment at any stage may result in cancellation of your order and we will inform you of this by the same method as you chose to make your purchase, i.e. by phone if booked over the telephone or by e-mail if booked on the internet.
Standard Ticket only orders and charges
(1) Once completed the order of your event ticket(s) is purchase is full and final and no cancellation or refund can be made. The MotoGP VIP Village Passes are allocated individually and cannot be resold
(1a) Full Payment is taken at time of order unless otherwise stated. If prices are provisional this will be stated on website at that time. (This normally only happens if the circuit has not issued the final prices before compilation of website or brochure at time of its publication. Once final prices are announced Toursareus will automatically take balance of payment due to the value of the extra cost to the ticket and will send you confirmation of this transaction) Failure at any stage to take successful payment may result in the cancellation of your order in full.
(1b) All Ticket orders (for MotoGP, World Superbike tickets/passes including MotoGP VIP Village/SBK VIP Hospitality) are sold on a first come first served basis
(1c) Seating in grandstands/tribunes allocation cannot be guaranteed and we may not be able to seat you in a specific area but will endeavour to do so if requested
(1d) If tickets you have ordered cannot be supplied we reserve the right to supply an alternative of similar value, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we know and we reserve the right to make any monetary adjustment due in either way and will send you confirmation of this transaction in preference to making a new purchase as this may result in you not obtaining any event ticket at a later stage. Failure at any stage to take successful payment may result in the cancellation of your order in full
(1e) Multiple Ticket Orders: Delivery charges for race ticket orders including VIP Village are Per Event. If you order event race tickets or passes for multiple race events, each race event ticket order will carry a separate carriage / postage charge to the country of delivery. This will be added to your order and failure to make successful payment including the delivery cost may result in cancellation of total order or the delivery not being made to your invoice delivery address. (Also refer to section 11)
Hotel Room only and Hotel Package reservations/ bookings and deposits
(2) All hotels: have been checked by us Toursareus.co.uk Ltd and are of 3 star rating or better in their country of origin unless otherwise stated where available. If we change hotels from those specified in our brochure they will be of at least comparable standard
(2a) Breakfast: A continental breakfast is supplied by the hotels unless otherwise stated. MotoGP VIP Guests are entitled to breakfast at the hotel as well as at the VIP Village located at the circuit
(2b) Evening meals: NOT supplied unless otherwise stated at time of booking
(2c) All deposits: paid are non refundable. By the paying of a deposit you are entering into a binding contract with Toursareus.co.uk Ltd for the products as stated on your invoice and confirmation. If cannot supply the product we sale to you all deposit/s will be refunded
(2d) Hotel room only reservations: [1st Gear Option] Full Payment is taken at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise with you and confirmed by Toursareus in writing
(2e) Hotel inclusive package reservations: [2nd, 3rd, 4th Gear Options]
An initial deposit of £50 is required per person to reserve a place (unless booked at less than 8 weeks’ notice in which case full payment is required). A second deposit equivalent to the ticket portion of the package may be taken for certain events and you will be contacted by Toursareus before doing so you in writing by email or be telephone unless agreed otherwise by Toursareus and with you in writing
(2f) Hotel inclusive package reservations: [5th & 6th Gear Options] An initial deposit of £50 for the hotel portion of the package plus FULL payment for ‘MotoGP VIP Village Passes’ is required per person to reserve a place (unless booked at less than 8 weeks’ notice in which case full payment for the whole package is required)
(2g) Ticket portion of a hotel package: [2nd, 3rd, 4th Gear Options]
This is non-refundable in the case of cancellation by you. However we at Toursareus.co.uk Ltd will endeavour to resell your ticket for you charging a fee of 25% per ticket if so requested but with no guarantee of success of the sale. (See Section 8)
(2h) The MotoGP VIP Village Pass portion of a hotel package: [5th & 6th Gear Options]
As MotoGP VIP Village Passes are allocated individually they are non-refundable and cannot be resold and is non-refundable in the case of cancellation by you
(2i) Unconfirmed prices for ticket/s portion of a event package at time of booking: Once the final Ticket/s - VIP Passes price/s are announced Toursareus will automatically take balance of payment to the value of the extra cost to the ticket portion of an event package if different to the published price, (this only happens if the circuit has not issued the final prices before compilation of website or brochure at time of its publication.) This payment is in addition to the deposit already paid to Toursareus unless agreed otherwise by Toursareus and with you in writing. Failure at any stage to take successful payment may result in the cancellation of your order in full
(2j) Extras bills: Any extras charged to your room during your stay with Toursareus.co.uk Ltd are you the customer’s responsibility and must be settled in full before your departure. These may, unless otherwise stated on your confirmation at time of booking, include food, bar, mini-bar, pay per view, taxis, papers, activities, excursions, tolls, car hire and or fuel.(This list is not exhaustive and should only be used as a guide) In the case of these not being settled Toursareus.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to make a charge of £50 in addition to the outstanding bill and will be collected from your credit card automatically otherwise this may lead to a claim to recover the funds through legal action
(2k) Tickets and passes will be issued at hotel on first night of official stay with Toursareus unless agreed otherwise in writing with Toursareus prior to the event.
Motorcycle Tour reservations/deposits
(3) All deposits paid are non refundable. By the paying of a deposit you are entering into a binding contract with Toursareus.co.uk Ltd for the products as stated on your invoice and confirmation. If cannot supply the product we sale to you all deposit/s will be refunded
(3a) Deposit required per person
£100 for European and Moroccan tours
£350 for the USA motorcycle tours. (If the tour involves a MotoGP package an additional deposit may apply)
£100 for pillions will be charged per tour
(3b) Bike reservations are made on a first come first basis and are not confirmed until written confirmation received from the rental company.
Gift Certificates
(4) Gift certificates can be purchased in amounts from £10 and multiples thereof. They can also be purchased for specific events e.g. ‘A weekend Package for Two at Jerez MotoGP’ or ‘VIP Hospitality at Valencia MotoGP
(4a) A gift certificate once issued must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase
(4b) A gift certificate can be made in the name of specific party name or in general user name or with special wording e.g. ‘To John for your 40th Birthday Love from Tootsie.
(4c) All gift certificates are individually numbered and cannot be reproduced.
Confirmations
(5) All ticket purchases and other bookings will receive a written confirmation by e-mail, or by post if requested with booking reference number
(5a) Booking reference number must be quoted in all correspondence with Toursareus by phone or in writing
(5b) It is the responsibility of the customer to check all information contained in the confirmation /invoice immediately upon receipt as it may be impossible to correct errors later
(5c) It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any errors within seven days
(5d) Toursareus is not liable for any errors howsoever caused after seven days following the date of confirmation being sent.
Balance of Payments
(6) Balance of payments for all packages or tours: must be paid in FULL at least 8 weeks prior to the first day of arrival at your hotel at your chosen event and will be charged automatically at this time to the credit / debit card details furnished at time of booking unless other form of payment is advised or given before this date, this must conveyed to Toursareus in writing by e-mail or letter
(6a) Failure to receive successful payment for any balance of payment may result in cancellation of your package/ticket/s/passes/tour and you may forfeit of all monies already received by Toursareus otherwise unless agreed with you and confirmed by Toursareus in writing.
Cancellations of ticket/sand or pass orders
(7) Tickets only: Ticket orders/sales are non-refundable. However we at Toursareus.co.uk Ltd will endeavour to resell your ticket for you charging a fee of 25% of the value of your ticket price quoted on your confirmation if so requested but with no guarantee of success
(7a) MotoGP VIP Village Passes are allocated individually and are non-refundable and cannot be resold in the case of cancellation by you.
Cancellation/transfer of Package/Tour bookings
(8) Cancellation by you: In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel a package/tour the following charges will apply
- 56 or more days prior to departure, loss of deposit
- 28-55 days prior to departure, 50% of value of booking is charged
- 15-27 days prior to departure, 75% of value of booking is charged
- 0-14 days prior to departure, 100% of value of booking is charged
- A no-show always incurs 100% of value of booking is charged
- There are no refunds if you return a motorcycle before the end of the hire period
Or you may choose to exercise the following options.
(8a) Transfer Option 1: 55 to 28 days or more prior to first day of arrival at your hotel you may transfer your booking to another person to the same event without penalty. This must be done in writing with the knowledge and agreement of Toursareus.co.uk Ltd
(8b) Transfer Option 2: 27 to 7 days prior to first day of arrival. Where possible you may transfer your booking to another person to go to the same event and there will be a charge of £30 per person within the booking to cover administration costs with the addition of any charges imposed by the hotel or the suppliers to us. Both the transferor and transferee will be jointly and severally liable for any outstanding payments
(8c) Transfer Option 4: less than 7 days prior to first day of arrival booking/s cannot be transferred no refund will be given
(8d) Transferred bookings: Any monies due for a package of higher value will be charged to you. If transferred to a package of lower value no refund will be paid by Toursareus.co.uk Ltd
(8e) If Toursareus.co.uk Ltd Cancel: At more than 56 days prior to first day of arrival. We reserve the right to cancel if there are not sufficient numbers to make any event commercially viable. In which case we will offer you an alternative of a similar value or a full refund of all monies paid including deposits. No payment will be made in the case of consequential loss.
Surcharges
(9) Toursareus.co.uk Ltd reserves the right to charge for any unforeseen extra charges imposed by the suppliers to Toursareus, these will be passed on to the customer. These are items such as additional cost for delivery, redelivery, packaging, coach hire, hotel rooms, driver hire; fuel where not included in package as stated at the time of booking or on your final confirmation. This list is not exhaustive and should only be used as a guide.
Currency Fluctuations
(10) In circumstances beyond our control such as currency fluctuation which dictates an increase in the cost of your package or tour or ticket/pass causing an increase equivalent to less than 2% of the published price this will be absorbed within the original price. Any increase up to 10% will be added to the final invoice and charged to the customer
(10a) Packages and Motorcycle Tours only: Any increase over 5% you will be informed and be offered the choice to pay the additional cost or take full refund or transfer the booking to another event with the agreement and full knowledge of Toursareus.co.uk Ltd.
Delivery / Care of Tickets and Passes
(11) Delivery of your tickets or passes will be made by signed for courier service UPS / FedEx / DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only) and will be sent by standard next day service (Does not include Saturday delivery) International deliveries will be made by UPS only
(11a) Signature required: All packages must to be signed for at delivery address and by the person named on the invoice. We recommend you the customer take out insurance to cover the delivery in the case of lost or damaged tickets as provided by Royal Mail Special Deliver Signed for Service as it is insured to the value of £500 as standard, extra charges apply values over £500, you may choose to pay the extra to take this out but you must inform Toursareus before delivery is dispatched for delivery. (See Royal Mail website for full terms and conditions) UPS / FedEx / DHL will not cover event ticket delivery and will not replace any ticket order if damaged or lost or stolen, we suggest that you take an insurance to cover for values of £100 UKP Sterling and over
(11b)Delivery failure: If you fail to take delivery of your event tickets by either not agreeing to sign for or do not arrange for redelivery/collection if the case of ‘Not at Home card Left’ when delivery attempt is made or by reason of incorrect or incomplete address you will not be entitled to a refund of any money that has been paid to Toursareus.co.uk Ltd. In addition you will be charged for their redelivery to Toursareus.co.uk as shown in sections whichever is applicable
(11c) Expected Delivery schedule: In normal circumstances they will be received by you anytime up to 5 days before the event start date. We send them as soon as we receive them and this is typically 1-2 weeks prior to the event. We ask for your patience as we have large numbers to sort and despatch. We will send you an e-mail once the tickets have been despatched if requested in writing. In the case of non-delivery by an expected date please notify Toursareus.co.uk Ltd immediately
(11d)Delivery Charges: Delivery for will be charged for at the rate as stated at time of booking per order, not per ticket this is per order, as shown on our web site unless amended by you or by Toursareus by arrangement at a later date in writing and any extra cost incurred for has been paid for in full. We CANNOT send any ticket orders to camp/caravan sites or Poste Restante in any country under any circumstance
(11e) Lost, mislaid or damaged tickets: Should you lose/mislay/damage your tickets after delivery to you either by hand or by other method from Toursareus co.uk Ltd, Toursareus.co.uk Ltd will not be liable for the cost of replacement due to such loss or damage nor for any consequential expense thereafter it is your responsibility to take out insurance to cover such losses, If replacement tickets can be supplied the cost for their replacement will be borne in full by the customer. (Most tickets will not be able to be replaced at such a late stage)
(11f) Care and safety of tickets: You are fully responsible for the care and safety of your tickets once received and any damage to tickets which results in them being deemed invalid if not reported immediately upon receipt of the tickets will result in your having to replace them, where possible, at your own cost. No refund will be given if tickets subsequently found after replacements have been charged for
(11g) Consequential Loss: There is NO insurance cover for event ticket/s or VIP passes other than provided by Royal Mail at the time of dispatch at extra cost if you require the Consequential Loss cover please contact us first before we despatch your order
(11h) Returned Orders UK: Tickets orders returned to us due to failure to accept delivery from a Courier/Royal mail will be charged to you at £20 and will be charged to your Credit / Debit Card Automatically. If they are sent by Royal Mail they are held for 10 working days before being returned to us which may take up to 6 - 12 weeks in the Royal Mail internal system
(11i) Returned Orders Overseas: Tickets orders are sent by secure courier. If should they be returned to us due to failure to accept delivery of your event tickets you will not be entitled to a refund of any money that has been paid to Toursareus.co.uk Ltd, plus you will be charged £30 - £50 for the return of these orders to us. This will be charged to your Credit / Debit Card Automatically and will not be redelivered to you until this is settled with the addition of the redelivery charge where redelivery is possible
(11j) Returned tickets: The cost returned Event Tickets will not be refunded in any event.
Travel Details
(12) Your Travel arrangements: Toursareus.co.uk Ltd will NOT supply any flights, or any other form of transport to the hotel or any other place where the event is taking place unless stated otherwise and agreed upon by yourself and Toursareus and will be shown on you final statement/invoice otherwise it is the responsibility of the customer to make their own arrangements to get to our venue or the event
(12a) Passports/ Visas/Visa Waivers (USA): It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all members of their party are in possession of either a valid Passport or suitable travel document appropriate to country/countries being visited or transited during your trip with Toursareus.co.uk ltd. If visas are required by you or other in your party for the country/countries you are visiting you are reasonably expected to obtain the correct documentation before travelling. (Toursareus will help you in the preparation of these documents where possible and practicable)
(12b) Full disclosure: You must disclose any criminal convictions which may affect your entry to or from any country through which the tour may take you, non disclosure or false information may result in the termination or cancellation of your trip with Toursareus.co.uk Ltd without a refund at anytime.
Motorcycle Tours / Motorcycle Hire / Your Own Motorcycle Documentation
(13) Motorcycle Tours Driving License requirements: All riders must be in possession of a full and valid license for the class of machine they are using for the country they are visiting
(13a) Riding your own Motorcycle: We only accept motorcycles that are road legal, with registration plates, insured and in good condition with a current MOT, if appropriate. Each participant is responsible for their motorcycle, for the care and use of it and for the conformity of it with the laws in force. In the case of Mechanical Breakdown whilst riding your own Motorcycle you are responsible for recovery/repatriation and or repair of the motorcycle and for you and or your pillion
(13c) Motorcycle Insurance: Each participant must be in possession of valid insurance for their vehicle, for themselves (and their pillion), including a valid repatriation insurance for the vehicle and for themselves (and their pillion), where applicable. Any incident or accident that involves a participant (or their pillion) will not be accepted as the responsibility of Toursareus.co.uk Ltd unless directly involved in the incident
(13d) Motorcycle Hire: The renter must agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out by the Motorcycle Hire Company where applicable including covering damage deposit/insurance excess including the cover for loss damage or replacement of keys
(13e) Leaving the motorcycle tour: If for any reason the participant (you the customer) chooses to leave or excludes themselves from a tour before the end of said tour he or she will not receive any refund or compensation in anyway shape or form i.e. money or credit towards another event we host or hold
(13f) There are no refunds if you return a motorcycle before the end of the hire period
Conduct
(14) Irrevocable disruption: If a participant causes disruption by words or deed to a tour or other participant on that tour they may be asked to leave immediately without redress and will result in the termination of your trip with Toursareus.co.uk Ltd and the loss of all monies paid to them nor will any claim for Consequential Loss be accepted by Toursareus.co.uk Ltd for other costs incurred in completion of the trip by the participant under this circumstance. No refund or compensation will be given in anyway shape or form i.e. money - credit or towards another event or tour.
Insurances
(15) Vehicle Insurance: We do not provide insurance cover in any circumstance for any vehicle you own or 3rd party liability insurance in connection with your use of that vehicle
(15a) Personal Travel/medical Insurance: You agree to have suitable personal travel insurance in effect for the duration of your trip with Toursareus.co.uk Ltd. (Proof required if travelling outside the EU) you must supply your own personal travel/breakdown insurance which covers repatriation for you, your pillion and your machine in the event of illness and/or accident or death
(15b) Tours/ events in the USA and Morocco: You must supply your own personal travel/medical insurance which covers repatriation for you, your pillion (where applicable) in the event of illness and/or accident or death (We suggest that you check that your insurance also covers you for abandonment/cancellation/curtailment)
(15c) Tours/events within the EU: When in the EU each person should carry their own E111 (form available free from Post Offices or can be done online) which gives you basic medical cover free within the EC but in the event of a serious illness or accident does not cover repatriation costs. Most hospitals outside the UK will not treat you if you don’t have an E111
(15d) Pre-existing Medical Conditions: (including dietary or other allergies): We request that you inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions and any treatment/medication that you may need or carry for this condition so that in the event of an unfortunate reoccurrence or episode we are able to obtain appropriate medical assistance for you as soon as possible. Any such information will be treated with the utmost sensitivity. Non-disclosure may result in termination of our contract/trip with us you without redress or compensation or refund being paid
(15e) Liability Insurance: We carry customer and public liability insurance covering up to 2,000,000 (million) pounds UK Sterling
(15f) Product Insurance: We carry a product liability insurance to protect your purchase in the case of company insolvency or going out of business

Our Responsibility
(16) We Are Responsible: For Any part of the program booked by us, where it is within our control, to ensure that it meets the standards as described in the brochure or publicity we use
(16a) We Are Not Responsible: for some amenities being out of order due to service requirements, weather conditions or lack of demand due to low client numbers in the hotel or other amenity that you may have cause to require the use of, your death or that of any other that are with us at any hotel or event, or personal injury or illness caused by activities in which a participant engages which is outside of the event/hotel provided by Toursareus.co.uk Ltd.
Non Disclosure
(17) Non Discloser: of convictions or medical conditions may render the contract invalid between you the customer and Toursareus.co.uk Ltd the Company or its Directors, and may result in the termination of your trip with Toursareus.co.uk Ltd with the loss of any monies paid, nor will any claim for Consequential Losses be accepted by Toursareus.co.uk Ltd due to such non-disclosure becoming apparent.
Delays/Curtailment
(18) Delays: We are not responsible for any terrorist acts or acts of god that may interrupt your stay or booking with us in anyway shape or form, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays to your journey to join us. In the case of delays you are responsible for providing your own meals, accommodation and other travel arrangements where we do not directly provide you with travel to our event/venue, plus you must pay any additional cost therefore incurred.
Complaints Procedure
(19) To Resolve Complaints: where our representative is in attendance at an event you should in the first instance of a complaint contact him/her at the time. If, however, you are not completely satisfied you should write to our customer relations office at Toursareus.co.uk Ltd, Panda Flat, Tweentown, Cheddar, Somerset, BS27 3JF, this must be carried out within five days of the event date finishing "i.e. 20th of the month" this must be sent to us by recorded post no later than the 25th of the month" (these dates are an example) this will be dealt with within 28 days of our receiving your letter in writing to you.
Legal Stuff
(20) Force Majeure: Toursareus.co.uk Ltd accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or charges or cancellation caused by ''force Majeure'' i.e. circumstances outside our control, e-g. Cancellation or delay in the start of the event, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions
(20a) Protection of Your Money: According to the 1992 Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tours Regulations all holiday organizers have to make provision for the protection of holidaymaker's money in the event of the company’s insolvency. In accordance with these regulations Toursareus.co.uk Ltd hold all clients’ monies in a trust account. Once any payment has been made we cannot withdraw any funds from the trust account in respect of any booking until after that event has been completed. This is to protect you the customer from any fraud so you know your money is completely safe. Any refunds will be made at this time and not until after the event completion date
(20b) ENGLISH LAW: English Law shall apply to any claim made against Toursareus.co.uk Ltd Ail proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the English Courts. |
